Christoph Rentsch is a highly accomplished corporate finance professional with 25+ years of experience in the life science and private equity field.

Christoph Rentsch started his career in investment banking and worked in senior management functions for the Alusuisse-Lonza group both in Switzerland and the USA, lastly as CFO of its North American entity. At F. Hoffmann-La Roche in Basel, he served as Head of Group wide Funding and Capital Markets responsible for all funding and capital markets transaction of the Roche Group (a.o. Givaudan spin-off/IPO, Labcorp sale, Genentech taking private/re-listing). He subsequently held CFO positions at listed and private Lifescience companies in Switzerland and served in the board of several Biotech firms.

Christoph holds a master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences in Basel, Switzerland and is a graduate of the Capital Markets Training Programme at Oxford University, Oxford, UK.
