CATHERINE AMMANN
MANAGING PARTNER & HUMAN CAPITAL SOLUTIONS LEAD
Catherine Ammann is an experienced HR executive and advisor who held various senior management roles in international companies from local to global level (UBS, Panalpina, Straumann).
In 2013 Catherine founded her own HR Advisory practice which is focused on supporting innovative growth companies in all HR related matters. From 2015 to 2019 she acted as Global Head Human Resources at Santhera Pharmaceuticals. Since 2023 she is a Managing Partner at Ganda Business Solutions AG.
Catherine holds an Executive MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Applied Sciences of Bern, Switzerland and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Compensation & Benefits. She is a Swiss citizen and speaks both German and English.
