Bruno Heynen is a highly accomplished legal professional specializing in business law, with a wealth of expertise in various areas including corporate governance, company law, capital market regulation, contract law, pharma law, private equity, and venture capital, with over 25 years of experience.

Bruno served at Roche, providing expert legal advice on major financial transactions. At Novartis, he served as the Secretary of the Board, Secretary to the Executive Committee, and Head of Corporate Law & Governance.

Bruno also actively engages in various professional activities, such as Director of the European Council on Corporate Governance of the Conference Board and member of the Advisory Board of the Corporate Governance Competence Centre at the Research Institute for International Management of the University of St. Gallen. He is also Of Counsel at Binder Rechtsanwälte, Zurich/Baden.

Bruno Heynen holds a licentiate in law (lic. iur.) from the University of St. Gallen and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from London School of Economics. He’s also a Swiss attorney-at-law and a public notary.
